My mother's wishes were granted respectfully & its the last thing I needed to do for her. Tom was so respectful of that he did exactly what my mother wanted. She requested a no frills direct cremation so the cost was minimal leaving the rest put aside for her 2 chosen charities benefiting. We as a family are so grateful that Tom was on board with that without question. No pushy sales it was so easy & dignified making the arrangements. Thankyou Tom to you & you colleague for looking after our Mam on her final journey. Total respect from all the family for your professionalism throughout this whole solemn experience.

From start to finish the service my family & I received was professional & friendly. Would defiantly use this funeral directors services again .But hopefully not soon
