Compassionate and caring at a traumatic time in my life. Helped me arrange a beautiful funeral for my fiancé; his family, friends and myself were comforted by the lovely send off they helped me give him. They kept me updated, provided all that I requested and the funeral itself was flawless. They contacted me the day after the funeral to see how I was and offer further support as required. My father worked alongside Thornalleys for many years and appreciated their kindness' sense of humour. and the respect they showed for the deceased and their families. That is one of the main reasons he chose Thornalleys to care for him once he had gone (and the fact the hearse bore his initials!).
His trust in them is well deserved. Andrew and his staff proved to be most courteous, caring, highly organised, efficient and discreet.

Dave opted for a “simple cremation “ no service and basic coffin etc. Despite this the service received from Chapman’s and Thornalley’s was anything but basic. They were excellent throughout and  could not have been more supportive. I especially want to thank Nichola for her care and wonderful understanding. She really helped make a very difficult situation easier to bear. I highly recommend this Funeral Home.
