At a very difficult time for ny Sister and I, especialky as we both live 4 and 5 hours respectively from.Kings Lynn, every person i spoke to at Thornalley answered all my questions..kept me calm throughout the whole planning arrangements for Dad's funeral. We both certainly appreciate all your attention to detail with all preparations and the telephone and email communucations were so very much appreciated and assisted us both and indeed my dear Husband Duncan also, to try and keep a calmness throughout the funeral on 11th May...Appreciation to you all involved in abundance,...Dad would have been so proud with all our efforts...Thank you .Jennifer Green and family and Jayne and Duncan Gormkey-Lake and family

All staff were very friendly and efficient. When visiting the Chapel of Rest, everyone was friendly, helpful and very understanding! We were even contacted on the morning of the funeral, to check that everything was organised our end and reassured that everything was arranged as far as the fueral directors were concerned. The whole family were extremely grateful to Andrew and all the staff involved. Thankyou!

From when our Mother passed away , Thornally Funeral Services were kind , sympathetic and caring . Their organisation of the funeral was first class and as everything is done “ in house “ we were kept advised at all times . Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

All of the staff that I dealt with, both in person and on the phone, were very supportive and helpful, with numerous follow up calls to ensure that we were satisfied with the arrangements. I was expecting that things might be difficult, as I was in Yorkshire trying to make arrangements in Norfolk, but the staff were able to make everything easy for me and the graveside service was perfect. My thanks to all of the staff involved.

My family have always used Tornalleys. They are incredible, they go above and beyond.

At probably the hardest stage of my life, they lightened the burden off myself and my family.

They couldn’t physically have done anymore for us. I think after the traumatic time of a death of any family member. The fact that you can give them the greatest send off and be guided along the way by the fantastic team who was there every step of the way.
