Thornalley were absolutely wonderful with their sympathy and support when arranging and carrying out the funeral of my husband. They kept me informed throughout about what the next step would be re paperwork, contacting the Registrar etc. as well as regular phone calls to see how I was. The funeral itself was done with respect and dignity and we were met on arrival at the Crematorium in King's Lynn by Sam who guided us through every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. They thoroughly deserve the five stars I have given them and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Myself and my family can not thank you enough for all the compassion and empathy that you have shown us. You were so comforting at such a sad time and made this situation a whole lot easier to deal with. Having not planned a funeral before you guided us every step of the way which took a huge weight off of our shoulders. The professionalism shown was second to none. You have such a great team that makes anything feel not too much trouble.
