We recently had my sister in law's funeral and Andrew was so kind and professional nothing was to much trouble and the respect that he showed our loved one on the day of the funeral was so humble they went above and beyond to make sure we was all satisfied will every arrangement through out

Thornally Funeral Directors we’re the directors of choice to manage the funeral of my late husband. I knew they had an excellent reputation and this was borne out in our experience. 
From the moment I made a initial enquiry to the conclusion of the funeral their kindness, caring and unwavering professionalism carried and supported us.
The superb website helped our family to prepare in the peace of our home so that when we arrived at the office to discuss the funeral our thinking had clarified and this made the planning process so much easier.
All the staff we met we gentle and even when we requested some changes it was no trouble and we were reassured at every step of the way.
The printing service was excellent and the art work skilfully and sensitively executed.
Thornally communicated with us throughout and on the day of the funeral their professionalism was exemplary.
It was a huge relief to us all that they were there, behind
us, in control,and our support.

The funeral director and team did a great job. Good communication at a difficult time and on the day of burial when there was an unexpected hitch a very professional approach which was the result of good communication with clergy as well
