It was my mums funeral, I found them very caring, Nicky was great, giving me info on places that might take mums furniture etc, Sam was phoning me leading up to the big day, keeping me informed. On the day of the funeral he was talking me through everything that they were doing and what the family needed to do. It all went smoothly and I would recommend them.

I found at this very difficult time of losing my brother John all the staff at Thornalley funeral services were all very professional Nicola Peter & Dean they all looked after myself & all my family keeping me informed at all times by phone & emails always happy to help me & answering any questions I had helping me with what to do next making sure that we were informed with what was happening each step of the way as we live in Brighton & could not pop in when there was a query they were always at the end of the phone & always asking if there was anything we needed and respected all our wishes and I knew that John was in safe hands & they gave John a lovely send off thank you Nicola Peter & Dean

Sam and his team were so compassionate, caring and professional from the time we contacted them until after the funeral. I cannot thank Thornalley enough. With their ongoing support, dealing with the funeral arrangements was made far less painful.

The staff at Thornalley were so warm and friendly, nothing was too much for them even wearing blue ties in respect that my son who supported Chelsea FC.
