Thornalley's Dersingham office could not have provided a more professional, sympathetic, thorough and quietly efficient service if they had tried!! From the first contact right up to the day, they were the epitome of clarity, efficiency, and sensitive professionalism. Warmest thanks to everyone, particularly Nicky in the office, Sam, the director, and his team on the day. I cannot recommend Thornalley's highly enough!

Very pleasant people to deal with.
We have very few relatives left to attend a traditional funeral so we decided on a direct cremation. It was handled quickly with the care and respect as a traditional service.
I would recommend them to anyone I just hope I don't require their services again too soon.

The staff were efficient, compassionate, nothing too much trouble, even phoning me enquiring as to how I was coping,

Thornalley Funeral Services, King's Lynn provided the most excellent personal care for my mother's funeral. The office staff were kind and helpful, giving us all the time we needed to plan the funeral and make the necessary arrangements. The attention of the staff on the day was perfect, supportive and caring. Everyone paid great attention to detail, respecting our wishes and looking after us every step of the way. I recommend them unreservedly.
