There are no words to express how blown away I am with the service Thornalleys provided. They handled everything with such care, empathy, consideration and professionalism. They listened to everything I wanted and it was executed perfectly. The attention to detail, the process and their service overall was faultless. 
They made an unbearable time a lot more bearable and I will forever be grateful for that.

Words can not express how excellent the service we received was. Every single member of staff are very professional. They all show such empathy at such a difficult time. Every single detail was achieved. The care and attention to detail is outstanding. We can not express our gratitude enough. The courteous telephone calls to check on the family wellbeing were so much appreciated.

We found Thornalley Funeral Services at Dersingham to be excellent throughout the whole process. From our first meeting with Nicky we were treated with sympathy and courtesy. Everything was handled efficiently and Sam phoned us frequently to ensure that all was well and that we had no outstanding questions. Nicky also arranged for a Celebrant, Claire Singh, to work with us in planning the service and she was extremely helpful and supportive. I can thoroughly recommend them.

From the first interaction with Nicky we felt such comfort that we would be looked after by the team at Dersingham. Then we met Sam and were confident with our decision. Chris was cared for with dignity and respect, this was important to us.
The team were available for any questions and helped us with everything we needed to know for the funeral, nothing was too much.
We couldn't thank them enough and would and have already recommended to others.

Nothing was too. Much trouble or effort, so caring and thoughtful always checking we were OK mum was ok..perfect day and service to... Couldn't fault any of it..

Professional from the start, I made the call to ask TFS to arrange the funeral, there staff arrived at the time agreed to take my late wife to the Chapel of rest, their staff were so polite and all Sent us their condolences, are first meeting to arrange the funeral was with a lady called Steph, absolutely amazing, she would have spent all day with us if needed, she went through every detail and explained it to us at such a difficult time, she met with us on visits to view my wife, and helped me so much,the day of the funeral was spot on time, every detail was conducted as agreed, Andrew you and all your staff are absolutely brilliant well done, and thank you from all my family for making my wife's last moments a memorable occasion

Sam the funeral director came to my house to arrange the funeral of my husband Fred Ford. He made me feel as though I was the only person who had lost a loved one. he was professional, but also had a quiet sense of humour when the need arose. When I went into the Dersingham office I was met by Nicki who also made me feel very special. On the day of the funeral, Sam and his air of serenity, was perfect. The Celebrant was Claire Singh, who spoke with great solemnity and, a lovely poem about Fred's baking. Fred would have loved the day. The aftercare is also there if needed which I will when I decide what to do with Fred's ashes. Thank you Sam, Nicki and Claire xxx

Things went smoothly bar the flowers for the hearse not arriving for the hearse to the crematorium. However the florists provided a good recovery of the situation and the coffin was carried into the crematorium with the floral tribute

The Thornalley Family and their staff, kept in constant contact with me from the start of the terribly sad journey I had to go through since losing my dear husband, Dave. Nothing was too much trouble. I have nothing but praise for the kind and considerate way they helped me and my family from the first consultation. Thank-you for making the days leading up to the funeral and afterwards, as stress free as possible for us all.
