We cannot fault the service we received from the whole team, from our initial enquiry through to the funeral itself. We were given time to make our decisions and Andrew was always there to give us any help we needed, as were other staff. We felt we were dealing with friends rather than a business.

The attention to detail was impeccable, so respectful & kind. Each part of the process, explained, with guidance on the parts you perhaps wouldn't even think of, while in the moment. The whole family were impressed by the whole of the team involved. The planning stage was made much easier, as each decision for the family was given time, even for phone calls to family unable to attend.
I cannot thank them enough for making a very difficult day into something memorable & very special.

Pre funeral help from Thornalley was exceptional. There on the end of the phone when needed. Assisting in setting up all aspects of the funeral. They arrived to collect us on the day, having called ahead, and were so professional in all aspects of their service towards us and our family and friends.

Thornalleys have been a tremendous help during the worst time of my life so far.  Traci had numerous conversations with my husband while he planned his funeral.  The empathy and kindness shown to us by several members of the team after he passed away was very reassuring and greatly appreciated. On the day of his funeral I felt extremely well supported by Ray.  He made me feel that he was there just for me.  They worked so well with the Royal Marines Association to allow them to give him a dignified and well deserved send-off.

Can't praise the staff enough, they guided us though everything we needed to do and not one minute did we feel rushed. Even made phone calls to see how we were coping.
