Ray Thornally provided the best service anyone could wish for. He was able to answer any question put to him and he did so in a compassionate and reassuring manner. From our first meeting to the funeral itself, nothing was too much trouble. It was a small intimate respectful occassion Nothing was too much trouble. Andrew and his team were helpful and gracious helping make this awful upsetting time easier to get through.

During what was a very hard time Thonalleys in Dersingham were fantastic. They were on hand to help with every single detail and Sam and Nicky were just brilliant. Seeing Sam on the day of the funeral was very comforting. Thank you.

Dear Thornally the whole team, you’ve been lovely it took many weeks to organise my brother’s funeral it was done with such dignity and kindness thank you you all for looking after me so well and taking care of my brother Adrian and allowing me to choose the right circumstances to honour my brother and lay him to rest. There are no words to express how blown away I am with the service Thornalleys provided. They handled everything with such care, empathy, consideration and professionalism. They listened to everything I wanted and it was executed perfectly. The attention to detail, the process and their service overall was faultless.
