My mother had a funeral plan with Thornalleys and as soon as she passed away they carried out all the arrangements while at the same time keeping me fully involved with the plans. My especial thanks go to Nichola, who was a sympathetic ear when I needed it. Everything went according to plan on the day; they couldn’t have done more. Thank you.

Sadly this is the 4th time of using the service. They are kind, thoughtful and take fantastic care to ensure the process is as easy as possible. 
They needed to transport mum home to kings lynn. This was very worrying but the team were fantastic. I would highly recommend Thornalleys and their professional, caring team.
