It has been a great comfort to all those who were close to Neil to have such care and consideration given to our needs and requests, some of which were not run of the mill. Neil planned his own service and it was so important to me as his mother that all of his wishes were carried out.

Thornalley have recently supported us to arrange the funeral of our mum. From our initial contact with them to the conclusion of their service they have been wonderful. They have contacted us regularly to update us with the progress of the arrangements and to check on our well-being following our loss.
They have been supremely professional, thorough and caring. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble and it made a difficult time for us as a family so much easier.
Thank you all for your kindness and compassion in making sure our mum was treated with the dignity and care she deserved.

My mother had a funeral plan with Thornalleys and as soon as she passed away they carried out all the arrangements while at the same time keeping me fully involved with the plans. Sadly this is the 4th time of using the service. They are kind, thoughtful and take fantastic care to ensure the process is as easy as possible. 
They needed to transport mum home to kings lynn. This was very worrying but the team were fantastic. I would highly recommend Thornalleys and their professional, caring team.
