At a time when a family is grieving, to have a group of people like Thornalley guide, and lead you through the process with such grace is invaluable. The attention to detail was remarkable, no matter what we asked they were responsive and attentive to our needs.

Throughout the whole process of arranging my wife's funeral all the staff at Thornalley were very helpful and attentive and made the process as painless as possible under the circumstances. Advice was given with regards all aspects of the funeral which was very helpful. Contact was made at every stage to inform me of any progress and needs. A personal thank you to Andrew who was excellent and made the process very personal with his wonderful demeanor and attentiveness. My mum died very unexpectedly - Thornalley funeral directors looked after mum and the family with the utmost care, compassion and respect.
