I have used Clarke’s in Bangor previously, and once again the level of service, professionalism and subtlety was second to none. The team excel at guiding you through this difficult process step by step, gently and steadily as circumstances naturally dictate. They are a pleasure to work with and to have assisting during what are clearly difficult times. 
A special mention to Lee, who as a face to face contact for the last few days was particularly a huge comfort to the whole family. His understanding, professionalism and courteousness was matched by his empathy, and as a family we can only thank you for your help.

I think during Covid it is very hard to rate as there is less personal contact with the undertakers and greater reliance on email and telephone discussion, which is unlike  my previous contact with Funeral Services.
