Katie and Rob were amazing. They done a great job organising mums funeral and were always happy to answer any questions when we called or dropped in. It was obvious that they genuinely cared and wanted to make the experience as easy as possible for us. We had lots of comments on how beautifully designed the order of service booklet was. More like friends of the family than undertakers.

After attending a dear friends funeral recently that was conducted by a national company we decided to research an independent when my father passed away.

We were worried about it costing a lot more but how wrong we were! Not only was the bill significantly less than my friend had paid but the level of service and care was outstanding with Katie and Rob.

Both of our families would never use anyone else now and recommend Katie and Rob to everyone.

Katie and Rob certainly made it very easy to sort out all the planing of the funeral and gave us some lovely ideas . Katie and Rob are just amazing. They are so professional whilst, at the same time they are helping you and guiding you very gently in the right direction. Nothing is to much for them, and they certainly do go the extra mile and beyond. They made such a devastating time as simple and as easy as possible.

Cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done for us. When my mother in law passed away, Katie and Rob was there for us every step of the way even now. They made this heart breaking process as easy for us as possible telling us everything we needed to do and how to do it. 5* service and everything was adaptable go make it a unique send off for my Mother in Law. thank you both.

Very very kind + very very compassionate while dealing with my late husband's funeral. Also very kind + with the help of Katie Mills I was able to give my late husband the best send off he deserved, even down to the design of the order of the service, in which katie designed it was so so personal to my late husband it was amazing every one complmented on it. Katie + Rob from the start to the finish have been amazing nothing has been a problem I was able to talk to them any time of the day or night.
