My family and I would like to thank Chris Adams and his colleagues for their care and attention given whilst arranging out mother's funeral.
They made the process much less stressful and carefully guided us through the difficult days leading up to the funeral.
The  care and professionalism shown was wonderful and gave us much reassurance that everything would proceed smoothly.
The day of the funeral conducted by Revd Tom King although very painful for us all was carried out with great dignity and respect.

The normal quality of the services provided by P & P was a little degraded by the lack of face to face contact due to the pandemic, a fact acknowledged by them upon initial contact. The arrangements went without a hitch except that it took some time for the entry for Linda to appear on the donations page, which caused a number of people to have to contact me, and me subsequently to have to contact P & P. The problem was rectified but really shouldn't have occurred.
