Following my husband’s death I contacted Graham and he could not have been more helpful and compassionate. He understood what I wanted for my husband and kept me informed at every stage of the arrangements. I cannot thank him enough for the support he provided at a particularly difficult time. I completely trusted Graham and all the staff in an overwhelming time in my life. If you want a professional and caring service then I would recommend Roseberry funeral Service.

My sister and myself chose Roseberry funeral services to take care of our mam and we are so glad we did, from the first phone call with Graham we felt at ease. He was superb and dealt with us all the way through the organising, everything was perfect from the flowers to the actual service. But to me the most special thing was how lovely our mam looked in the chapel of rest, from having a terrible experience with our dad with a different funeral directors we were nervous about how she would look, we shouldn’t of been, Graham had taken so much care and mam looked like the worry of the last 8 months of illness had disappeared and she was at peace, which in turn made us at peace. Thank you Roseberry funerals 100% would recommend.

Roseberry funeral services have been excellent during this difficult and challenging time for me. From my initial enquiry with Michelle who was extremely helpful and caring, through to my interactions with Paige. Paige kept in touch, was very professional, she was supportive, caring, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The flowers were amazing and exactly what we had asked and Tracey delivered a wonderful service. My mum would have been very proud. All attendees commented on how well presented it all was. Our mother passed just before Christmas 2024, it was unexpected and devastating time but Graham and Andy went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Fabulous INDEPENDENT funeral service. From start to finish all staff were amazing, thoughtful and showed the upmost respect to my father and us as a grieving family. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Personal touches throughout to show we were not just customers but a bereaved family wanting the absolute best for our loved one. Everything was explained clearly and they had the skills to tease out our wishes at a very difficult time. The staff we dealt with at Roseberry Funeral Services feel like family friends now. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they were just brilliant.

Hi Paige,

I just wanted to get back to you following Dad’s funeral on Tuesday to say thank you so much on behalf of our whole family for your tremendous help and support in looking after Dad and also preparing and delivering the service.

When we sat down together to agree the details of the funeral, you managed to cover all the key decisions in one go. Your help in pulling together all the different aspects was so important to us. We just couldn’t have done it without your support and experience… 

This included liaising with Leti (our chosen celebrant), the crematorium and the florists etc. on top of this we were really delighted with the order of service you produced.

We had so many people talking to us at the reception afterwards saying how well the day had gone and how it was just what Dad would have wanted. 

Thank you again for your brilliant support all the way through the process…. You genuinely made an awful time so much easier to cope with for all of us.
