A seamless service from Stibbards from the moment we called them. Louise was extremely helpful & empathetic throughout our dealings with her. On the day of the funeral, Scott guided us through everything perfectly. He made us feel at ease straight away & was there in the background until we were ready to leave. He truly is an asset to Stibbards.

Stibbards were so professional even during this COVID-19. They were supportive and accommodating with all our families needs with regards to our mum. Two people in particular spring to mind, Andrew in the office and Scott who led the day of the funeral. 
Friends and family said how well the whole day went and mentioned how well Stibbards did etc.
So thank you to all involved in giving my mum the best send off. As sad as the day was, it was beautiful. 
So thank you once again.

I could not fault your service, from the first initial phone call to inform you of my husband’s passing, the chapel of rest where he looked so at peace, to the day of the funeral whereby everyone was so compassionate and helpful, I really cannot fault any of the service offered by yourselves.
