Throughout my husband’s illness I had hurdles to go through in order to get the right care for him. The only time I really felt supported and empathised with was when I made contact with S Stibbards and Sons. Janice was very accommodating with my back and forth demands and she made sure all angles were covered. The day of the funeral we felt were really given the attention and care that we needed. The funeral was smooth and my family and I really grateful and so glad we chose S Stibbards and sons Funeral Directors.

Stibbards were amazing from beginning to end. Wendy was excellent with explaining, planning and communicating with us all throughout and we felt reassured that our Dads funeral was being organised in the best hands. On visiting Dad in the Chapel of Rest I was reassured that he had been given the best care- we were also offered support at this time. On the day of the funeral, Stibbards were absolutely brilliant. So respectful, discreet and organised. We were all so impressed. Their attention to detail was really noticed by all. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little more bearable.

My dearly missed mother had made a funeral plan with Stibbards and I have to say they exceeded my expectations at every stage. They handled so much of the difficult and depressing parts of the planning without us having to worry. The service itself was beautiful and organised to the exact specifics we and mum wanted, planned perfectly and every little detail accounted for. They even went out of their way to seek out a priest who knew my mum and other personal touches. The staff were always friendly but respectful and decorous on the day. Fantastic local company.
