The physical aspects of Stibbards service were conducted impeccably, collection of deceased, provision of transport and due politeness. We were a little disappointed with some aspects of the clerical procedure but overall the day went very well.

Nothing was too much trouble from the piper to the hearse drawn by two beautiful jet black horses. We asked for Maria to be the Conductor and she went above and beyond to make the day the best it could be.
