Wendy and the team at Hadleigh have been absolutely wonderful over the past few weeks. Wendy went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable and informed of my options. The funeral service was lovely as well. Everyone who attended said that it was lovely.

The head attendant was very attentive and well spoken (apologies for not remembering his name). All attendants were immaculately presented.

All the above meant we had nothing else to worry about on what was a difficult but also uplifting day.

The level of service given by Stibbards was exceptional. Lauren was extremely understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made the process that little bit more bearable.
The gentleman who came to the house, the morning that dad passed, he was so kind and explained everything in a way that wasn't overwhelming. We would like to thank him for being so helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, none of us can remember his name as we were all in shock.
On the day of dad's funeral, Colin was the one who coordinated everyone, made sure we got to the crematorium on time and he explained what was happening at every step. This made the day so much easier for us.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the team at Stibbards for taking such good care of dad and of us. It made the whole painful situation much easier to get through.

We used Stibbards & Sons Hockley twice now, first time was seven years ago for our mum.  The care given to our mum was outstanding, so when the time came that we needed this service fro our dad there was never a thought of going anywhere else.
Again we had outstanding service for our dad. there was support every step of the way to the service.  
On the day of his funeral there was care, support, professionalism, and courteous to us all.
We couldn't ask for a more fitting send off for our dad.

The service we received from Stibbards during the worst time of our lives, was simply outstanding. The compassion, sympathy, empathy, and total understanding of what we were going through was  excellent, especially from Kate in the office. On the day everyone was extremely professional, sensitive and smart, ensuring everything went smoothly.  Special thanks to Stuart, Dan and the motorbike rider. Thank you so much. I certainly chose the right Funeral Directors they were excellent. I cannot give them enough prise.

On their booklet that I received it states “Care, compassion and support in all we do”  That is so true.

From my first contact with them I could see that they cared and would support you through you sad loss.

Compassion they related to my sad loss of my Wife and they could not do enough to help me,

I cannot thank enough I know my late Wife would be proud of the care she received from them.

This was our first time of arranging a funeral, but must say that S Stibbards & Sons made the whole process seamless from start to finish.  Kate was sympathetic, respectful, friendly and brilliant at understanding our needs she dealt with it all in the most professional manner. Kate was on hand to guide us through it all as well as on the end of the phone to answer any queries we had. Their pallbearers and other staff on the day was also very respectful and professional.
An excellent service and will always be willing to recommend should we be asked.  Thank you for all your help and advice.

Thank you, a funeral well done for all the family and friends, Debbie was excellent at handling all the arrangements, even if we forgot things that needed to be done. On the day the funeral cars people were friendly and smiled a lot which helped lighten a dark day for us. Everyone commented how well things had been done. And when i have spoken to other people about Stibbards of leigh doing the funeral they said they had used them and that they were excellent, which gave us confidence too. Thank you all.
