I had quite a difficult funeral to organise. I live a long way from Southend, the Church had no incumbent, so everything had to be done by telephone and email. Janice at Stibbards was wonderful in sorting things out for me. On the day we had a considerable delay as one key mourner had got lost and the team attending the funeral took this in good part. We ended with a dignified send off for my aged relative and everybody including me was very pleased. Thank you Stibbards, and especially thank you Janice.

Stibbards have been excellent . The gentleman who came to collect my dad , went through the process  and gave us time to say goodbye . When we rang their head office to ask what happens , as we haven’t had to this before , there were always happy to go through everything they do. Debbie at the Leigh office when planning the Funeral was so helpful and also when visiting him, explained what to expect and gave us time to say our goodbyes. She has been very supportive.  My family where happy with their service .

The service and guidance we received from Stibbards, and Janice in particular, was first class. They were very open and informative regarding what was available and the individual costs. They took away much of the stress at a very difficult time and I can't think of any way that the service could have been improved.They helped us insure that the send off of our loved one was the best we could do.
