Initially everything seemed daunting . Once the process started everything fell into place . The chapel of rest at Hadleigh so helpful kind and understanding .
The Conductor on the day of the service outstanding I can’t thank you enough .
We opted for the vintage funeral car which added a special touch for my loving husband .
Music arrangement and video 
beautifully put together
 Leah Foley was the Celebrant 
for our service and everyone commented how beautiful and personal it was .
Everything was so professional.
I had a little niggle at the beginning which I discussed with Wendy which she totally understood my concern and I was thankful for her listening to me .
Would definitely recommend

Our family has been using Stibbards for over a hundred years and have always had a excellent service ..

The family where disappointed when we came to see Tony in the chapel of rest , as when discussing what he would be wearing and confirming he would have on his Chelsea cap . he did not have it on . I did receive an apology and was told it was in the coffin with him .
Also we were under the impression the route to the crematorium would go past the Woodcutters pub and pass his former home in Bellouse Lane , I believe it went passed the pub , but his neighbours have told me they waited for half hour from 2 oclock ,bit did not see the hearse go by . , so not sure what route the hearse took , it may well have gone earlier ? .

Overall we were satisfied with the arrangements made for our brother Tonys funeral .

My arranged my husbands funeral. The service and care we received from start to finish was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. Even a request for a finger print. Thank you so much at this hard time.

Stibbards provided empathetic care of our son whilst he rested with them for a month and then a very professional and wonderful funeral service taking care of us and our son. Diane at the Hockley branch kept in close contact with us and was always kind, caring and professional.

They were so attentive to all the small details that you wouldn’t think of at this time. They make everything so easy. We dealt with Diane and she was lovely. On the day everything ran very smoothly and professionally, the drivers  just did everything and the cars were stunning.I honestly couldn’t fault one single thing.
I should mention Karon Grant too, our personal celebrant. She came and met the family and helped us through the organising, listening and fulfilling everything we wanted to say and do. I’m so glad we had her.
What more can I say? It was a lovely way to say goodbye to a loved one.

We are beyond grateful for the support Stibbards and Sons gave us from start to finish when planning our baby’s funeral. Sue took as through everything step-by-step at a pace we felt comfortable with. She made enquiries with minsters, took into account my disabilities when liaising with cemeteries and even offered us use of their wheelchair accessible vehicle. The embalming process was emotional for us but we were provided with assurances and communication during the process made us feel comfortable. The chapel of rest offers a safe, comfortable and peaceful place to visit a loved one and the team will work around you to ensure your visit isn’t interrupted by others. On the day the team provided us and our son with the upmost respect and everything ran smoothly.
We as a family would highly recommend Stibbards and Sons to anyone considering entrusting their loved one into the care of a funeral director.
