Excellent service. The staff are very helpful & understanding of all circumstances. The priest that conducted the service "Jon" had taken into account of the difficulties & had arranged the sermon accordingly. Over all outstanding. A special thanks to "Stephen" for his support on the day.

My lovely mum was cared for by Stibbards Canvey. Kate was wonderful and I know my mum was safe and cared for and all my wishes for mum was taken care of professionally but also with empathy. Stuart and all the team carried out my mums funeral with the most respect and as a family we were so grateful to them all. They are all so approachable and really cared. I could not fault one thing about Stibbards of Canvey. They really were the right choice for my lovely mum.

For the second time of using Stibbards in Canvey Island, the service once again was excellent from start to finish. I received so much help and support from Kate in the office, nothing was ever too much trouble, it certainly helped to make a very difficult situation easier. On the day of the funeral, the men involved were impeccable and myself and family were treated with so much respect. I would definitely recommend Stibbards.

Leo at the Hadleigh Office was incredibly helpful during the arrangement of the funeral. All of questions and concerns were answered and all requirements in relation to the funeral service were met.

At a sad time like this, it was a comfort to know that the funeral arrangements were being handled smoothly and with sensitivity. Debbie was very helpful, efficient and compassionate. On the day of the funeral itself, Scott and his colleagues were excellent. It really made a difference to know that we were in safe hands.
