We met Lauren on our initial visit at Hadleigh and subsequently dealt with Leo, both of whom were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with compassion and understanding.
On the day of the funeral our Conductor Stuart and the team were professional and helped a very difficult day run smoothly. 
We would like to thank everyone at Stibbards for their help and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Kate at the Canvey Branch was always on hand to answer all our questions and endless phone calls, caring for mum with the greatest compassion, so very caring. Then on the day Scott was just the best, guiding us through the hardest day of our lives with such compassion and tending to all our requests and needs. we as a family will be forever grateful for the kindness shown to our family, Thank you so so much from Pats girls xxxx

The attention to detail from Kate and David in all arrangements prior to the funeral was much appreciated.
