Absolutely flawless service. Every single member of staff was helpful, friendly, professional, compassionate and lovely towards us. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they communicated with us every step of the way. We can't praise them enough they are a genuinely amazing team and thoroughly nice people who made such a sad time easier for us. Highly recommended I can't imagine any other company providing such a very special service. We are forever grateful to the whole team.

I don't know where to start. From start to finish of my dad's funeral bas a family bwe felt so supported and valued! Becky and rai showed sincere empathy, care and respect, nothing was too much for them. Thank you deighans you're absolutely incredible.

My dad chose Dieghans for his services as he wasn’t happy with other similar services locally from a previous experience.
The service from Deighans was first class from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Staff even checked in with us to ensure we were not struggling. Attention to detail was amazing and we felt a trust in them to care for dad. An absolute pleasure to have this class many dealing with all funeral arrangements. Definitely a recommendation from us

Deighans Funeral Parlour gave my mum the most perfect funeral.  From taking mum into their care she was treated with the upmost professionalism.  We were allowed to visit mum each day prior to the actual funeral.  Each step was explained in detail allowing us to absorb what the process was.  From arranging the order of service attaching forget me not seeds with a forget me not pin badge no detail was overlooked.  Ken, Shirley, Rebecca along with their colleagues give 100 % care in such a harrowing time thank you.

They took us through every step of the journey and made sure that we gave him the best send off.  From the moment they met my dad at the home to the final part at the crem they did everything with care and compassion.  Not that I want too but in the future I will only go to them. Rai and the team at Horwich you were outstanding and Becky at Adlington brilliant.  Job well done guys.

Deighans have been a tower of support when our beloved Wife/Mum/Nana/Great Nana sadly passed away. We would recommend them to anyone needing to arrange a funeral for a loved one. Deighan's Funeral Parlour were so kind and very helpful in assisting with my late fathers' funeral. Shirley helped with the funeral arrangements and managed to coordinate the cortege, Church service, interment and the order of service. Nothing was too much trouble and Deighan's helped me give my Dad a very respectful and beautiful send off - one that I'm sure I know he's very proud of.
