Simon and his team have given far over and above what I was expecting. Their exemplary attention to detail, together with outstanding compassion and sensitivity has made the upset of having to arrange a funeral so much easier to bear. What can we say? Everything from the first meeting with the family to the funeral service was perfect. Simon, James and the team were always there to answer any questions and attend to every detail of the Order of Service. Beverley, the Celebrant, helped us condense Mum's vast array of memories into a sentimental but uplifting picture of a very long, full life of almost 100 years. Every detail of our wishes were carried out in a slick professional manner. Mum would have been very proud, especially to know the bagpiper escorted her all the way. What a send off! Well done team!

Simon and his team were wonderful, caring and compassionate. I've never had to arrange a funeral before, they were very supportive and helped me through this difficult time. The flowers were beautiful as was the service. I was recommended them and would recommend them to others.

Everyone involved was so helpful during this very emotional time. James and Simon dealt with the whole process so efficiently that we found time and energy to appreciate the onset of spring. Rebecca, in the Langport office, was also very understanding in dealing with our queries. Crescent Funerals provided a first class service in reducing the stress in our loss and all the family and friends who attended the cremation were very grateful for the respect and care given to us but especially to my mother.

Hi lovely people ....what can I say other than ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, I have never met such kind caring people in all my life, just a shame its under such sad circumstances. I cannot fault anything you did or said. You treated MY MARTIN so lovingly and made him look so handsome and peaceful. I am sad I cannot see him any more but know he was in such wonderful hands for the time he spent in your Parlour and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for both of us. Crescent are kind, organised and very supportive. Their chosen celebrant and florist were amazing. I would recommend the Crescent to anyone needing help with funeral arrangements. Simon is incredibly gentle, kind and very helpful. I dreaded the day of my mums funeral but on the day I actually enjoyed it. It was beautiful. Many thanks to Simon Helliar-Moore for the services he provided and for recommending the very excellent Pauline Marston as celebrant.

The whole team at Crescent funerals were wonderful to deal with throughout.  Kind, caring and compassionate at all times. No question too silly , no request too big or too small. They facilitated family to visit the chapel of rest at different times and it was never any trouble.

Crescent are the most wonderful Funeral Directors. They are calm and gentle and treat you like their family. At a time when things are terrible, they help. They care for you - they do their best for you. They don't encourage you to buy other things because your loved one might like it. Your wishes are most important to them. As a member of the Clergy myself, I have dealt with them many times so there was never any doubt I would choose them when my father passed away. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They do what they do because they are called to do it - for them it's a vocation, not a job. Their staff have a beautiful heart and soul and at the worst of times they truly do make a difference.
