From start to completion, the services provided were excellent. The initial discussions gave us an idea of what was possible, along with associated costs. Much effort was put in by the team to ensure that we were comfortable with everything from the clothes Mum was put in, access to sitting with her, the type of coffin and the order of service.
I genuinely cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved prior to the service, the support and actions on the day, and the calm and kind approach the team took with everything. I would definitely use them again

There was just the right amount of communication, at a time when there were so many phone calls and messages going backwards and forwards from friends and relatives. This is the second time we have used Susan Whymark Funeral Services and both times the very difficult task of arranging a funeral for a close family member has been made a lot easier by the staff who work for Susan
