As I entered the building I was met by Will, who I must say is an asset to the company, very compassionate and understanding and explained everything to me from the loss of my Mum. Excellent, personal service throughout from the initial phone call to the after funeral care. 
Joanne was amazing at tailoring my mums and our wishes for a beautiful celebration of my mums life, while providing advice and support to us all. 
This is the second time we have had Susan Whymark as our funeral director.  Would highly recommend, don’t go anywhere else!

All the staff are all very kind and understanding. They give you helpful general information and nothing is too much trouble regarding the funeral arrangements.
They have a very professional attitude and everything is done perfectly. I can thoroughly recommend them.

At what has been an extremely delicate time for us all, we have been gently guided through the process of loosing a loved one, with the upmost care and attention to detail.
