R Wallace & Son were excellent at looking after everything at my Father's recent funeral.
Edward was easily accessible and communicated extremely well, especially in these tricky times when we could not meet face to face. They were always at the end of a phone or replied efficiently to email. When we couldn't get the music we wanted in the format we needed, Edward sorted everything. Edward's attention to detail was superb and his suggestions made for a more personal touch. I would recommend without reservation.

As with funerals of other members of the family that Wallaces have organised, the attention to detail is second to none. From the moment the request has been received to the interment of the ashes and beyond, an absolutely first class service. Nothing is too much trouble and I am making the necessary arrangements for them to deal with my own funeral when the time arrives.

My husband died, suddenly and unexpectedly, at home on August 20th. From that first day, I never had any doubts about having asked for Wallace's to come and take care of the funeral, as I was made to feel that they were there to support me.


As he had always said that he didn't want any fuss made, his funeral was far from conventional, but Gail went out of her way to make sure that everything was done as I wished. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very Professional in all aspects of the service provided. All support and guidance was given in a dignified friendly and warm manner with all of our needs and requests.  My dad had planned what he wanted and because of Covid 19 some of this was not possible but Ryan guided us through and 90% if what dad wanted was achieved .  We used Wallace’s as it was a local firm that dad had chosen we will recommend their services.

As a family, we have nothing but praise for everyone at Wallace & Sons for the outstanding service that we received at such a difficult and incredibly sad time. From the initial telephone conversation, right through to the day of the funeral, we were treated with care, respect and professionalism. All support and guidance was given in a dignified, friendly and warm manner with all of our needs and requests - both as a family unit and individuals - willingly met. Nothing was ever too much trouble with Ryan, Eddie, Gail and Stuart all playing a huge role in helping us at such a devastating time.
