Dealings with all the staff were very professional and sensitively handled. The undertakers who came to collect mum after she had passed away showed respect and were not in a rush, allowing us as much time as we needed despite it being the middle of the night.  Stuart and Edward were very good and patient in showing us all the possibilities available for the funeral. The funeral itself was very well organised so we didn’t need to worry about anything on a very distressing day. I would definitely recommend R Wallace and Son to give your loved one a fitting funeral.

I cannot recommend Wallace & Son Ltd of Crowle more highly!

The arrangements were carried out with great care and kindness, with particular thanks to Gail for her dignified leading of the procession from the Chapel to the churchyard on Crowle hill - a considerable distance!

The funeral took place at an extremely difficult time for myself and my wife, with other multiple problems that had to be dealt with without delay, so very many thanks for putting up with our rather confused state of mind.

As a retired Quality Assurance manager I am almost certain that a strict audit to the ISO 9001 standard would produce an excellent score! Reta would have been delighted with how everything went.
