A wonderful service received from Edward and the team. Very open and pleasant to deal with at a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole funeral went without a hitch and could not have been better. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else and i will use them again but hopefully not for a long time.

As a family we found Edward and his family very supportive, insightful and helpful with arranging mum's funeral at such a difficult time. It was comforting to know that mum was in good hands, nothing was to much trouble and they were at the end of the phone whenever needed. We would also like to thank Tim Abraham who has also been very supportive before and throughout the service and gave a very moving and personal eulogy.

The personal touch from Edward and his family was exceptionally professional but with the added personal touch. The advise and empathy shown and given from start to finish  was truly first class, we couldn’t have done it without them, especially due to the awkward sad situation. we were left with. They did Albert Reed aka CHEDDAR proud giving him a dignified send off not forgetting  Julianne who gave an emotional and personal eulogy, Everyone commented how beautiful Chedders funeral was. I would highly recommend  WALLACES FUNERAL SERVICES  CROWLE to anyone unfortunately  having to  organise the passing of a loved one. Thank you so much again Edward and family xxx

A wonderful service throughout Wallace family so supportive.love edy,Ryan & Stuart rest of staff for lookg after mum so well. Heart breaking saying goodbye to mum yet Wallace family helped us with respect and shared our happy memories of my wonderful mum who lost her battle with cancer yet fought all the way. Edward i just wanted to say .. As a family we all commented how truly sincere and professional , and also sensitive you were in dealing with the difficult task of arranging my late fathers send off. You were too , very friendly , and had a lovely caring nature , in that it enabled us to feel relaxed with you in ensuring we got everything just perfect. 
You had the patience of a saint and were always on the other end of the phone whether in working hours or after. Nothing was too much trouble for you. 
So on behalf of us all I would like to say a very big thank you for everything you did to make it a ‘special’ day for my father. A day he would have been truly proud of.

I recently used R Wallace and Son for the funeral of my late Mother, and I cannot thank them enough.
 
At such a terrible time for myself and my family they were so thoughtful, so helpful and so polite. From the very minute we met them, nothing was ever too much trouble
 
They adhered to our wishes whilst guiding us through the process with the upmost respect and dignity.
 
The funeral was a very hard day for everyone involved, yet they made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish and somehow made the family feel at ease.

At such a difficult time they took care of every little detail for us, and kept in touch every step of the way, going above and beyond to make the day perfect. Wearing pink ties on the day as a tribute to Mum was a very special gesture that touched all the family and something that makes them stand out from other companies.
