An exceptionally busy team led by Sue Barke organised our Mum’s funeral recently. Inevitably arrangements were made using Zoom, phone and email, but in spite of this it felt like a very personal service. Sue seemed to be on hand 24/7, and had a kind, empathetic approach, but was also very practical. I would definitely recommend this company.

A very compassionate team that work together effectively to make planning a funeral the best experience it can be. Every communication is handled with empathy. Nothing is too much trouble and great attention is given to detail. At a time when tensions amongst family can be running high Danny handles situations with skill and understanding. On the day of the funeral I was extremely pleased to see the coffin being carried by coffin bearers rather than it being wheeled in on an industrial looking trolley.

The service that Murray’s provided was beyond excellent, the support they provided through out this emotional time was second to none.
Danny our undertaker was very supportive and understanding and always at the the end of the phone and every request was sorted, we could not have wished for a better, more supportive service from the whole team at Murray’s Finden.
Leni our celebrant did an amazing service and was again very supportive.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and we always felt we were the only family they were having to deal with, which clearly wasn’t the case. The whole experience of my Wife Kath's passing to her funeral was carried out so professionally, they showed dignity,grace,and most of all respect, All our family were so pleased at how everything was organized right down to the last detail,all that we needed was taken care of and any problems we wanted to change or unsure of we just had to say, it was immediately sorted. On the day of the funeral we experienced such a beautiful service, we were completely taken care of ,it took away a lot of sadness and anxiety because they showered us with comfort and reverence it felt like they had shouldered a lot of our grief,then after the service we were given time to reflect and were comforted by Murray's staff and the taken back home. So all our family would again like to give our sincere thanks to all Murray' staff who played their part in my Wife Kath's passing in Hospital to the wonderful service , and we will never forget their support ,Thank you Eric Decamps & Family..

Murrays provided a Brilliant Service from start to finish. From the first contact with Danny and collection straight after mums death to the planning of the Funeral Service and the Day Itself.
