Murrays at Findern were so thoughtful and sensitive towrds us, helping us through a very difficult time. I can not fault them, particular thanks to Angela who took such care in organising everything for us .

Just a couple of minor comments:
- We only became aware that a double slot at the crematorium was available (on a later day) when speaking to Sharon (Celebrant) about what content we wanted in the service. This may have been nice to be offered this at the very start to avoid any confusion. 
- Stuart and Grant had to remind the coffin bearers upon entry to Carnarvon Chapel that it was their wish to walk behind the coffin during the entrance music. This information had obviously not been passed on during planning.

Other than the above, our experience with Murray’s was once again very positive, on the whole.

At a time when you need help, advice,guidance and compassion, Murray's stepped up!! They will let you do as much or as little as you can do, you have to obviously work with them but if they see or can tell that you're struggling, they are there for you with help, compassion and understanding. I cannot fault any of the staff who helped me during a sometimes impossible period.

Well there are enough words for this funeral Services from the first point of call they put you at ease, very informative and the empathy is 5*

The whole team are amazing nothing too small and communication is impeccable. 

Can not recommend this  highly enough but certainly would totally recommend. 

Personally I was in another country and all sorted thoroughly before arrived from letters to travel and in this day and age Covid tests the team went above and. Beyond

Everybody with whom I had contact were very helpful and remained sensitive throughout. Nothing was to much trouble and our requirements were accommodated without any fuss or bother. On the day the services at the church and the crematorium were supervised discreetly and with tact. Not the easiest thing to achieve under the restrictions of the Covid regulations.

The whole process from the initial contact to the service on the day, including the after care service was faultless.
We were cared for and guided through the organising and planning of the service. Nothing seemed too much trouble, Joan and Megan kept in touch and communicated regularly to make sure verything was perfect on the day of the funeral. On the day, Barry guided us all the way through and made it bearable on a very, very emotional day.
The service itself was absolutely perfect and was a fantastic way to honour our beloved Father. Although never nice thing to have to plan, but Murrays made the process a whole lot easier than we could ever have imagined.
