I can't praise Murray's enough for their kindness, professionalism and care with dealing with my Mum's funeral arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble and every aspect of the funeral was taken care of by Murray's. I was contacted every step of the way, with everything running like clockwork in a fast and efficient manner.

As a family we are very happy with the service we have received. To know our loved one was still close by and to be able to pop into the office easily, was a major factor in our decision use use Murray's. The attention to detail from them was very good.

My mothers funeral went very smoothly and was a true celebration of her life. Murray's were a significant part of that. I recommend them in the strongest possible terms.

We could not have asked for a better service from sue, Danny and the team.

It made my fathers funeral as good as it possibly could be and that was down in no small part to the flexibility and professionalism of the team led by Danny on the day.

Mum had prepaid her funeral and Murray's were the nominated funeral directors, how lucky we were! Murray's are everything you could expect and more at your time of need. All the staff that I spoke to were sympathetic, understanding and extremely helpful during this very sad time and nothing was too much trouble. Barry was the first contact I had with Murray's and he explained everything with dignity, right from looking after mum to the funeral itself. Angie then became the main contact and organised absolutely everything and did so sympathetically, professionally and with dignity. Everything that we requested was carried out to our wishes and on the day of the funeral Barry looked after us all. He was impeccable and dignified during this very emotional time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Murray's to anyone.

I cannot praise Murray's Funeral Directors enough. Their customer service is exceptional. From the first telephone call I had to make following my mums death to being dropped off at the funeral wake, the whole experience was one of first class service from a company that really do care about its customers and go that extra mile! I was extremely well looked after by Tim Parry who I cannot thank enough for all his sympathy, understanding and hard work that made mums funeral a successful and memorable occasion. My brother and I were very pleased with the service we recieved from Murrays. Becky put us at ease when we first came in and explained everything in a simple and thoughtful way. All our wishes were accommodated. Reverend Goacher conducted the service to a very high standard and all the guests commented on the excellent service. Phillip choreographed the day perfectly and was very reliable and professional . It was a fantastic and dignified send off all the family were very pleased with .

I would definitely recommend Murrays for a more personal and caring touch.
