I cannot thank Murrays enough for the way they looked after my husband who recently died at St Giles Hospice. The care with which they looked after his body was beautiful. The way they supported myself and the whole family was sensitive and very professional. People can be kind and sympathetic but it takes real skill to manage everyone; their emotions and stresses.  It was a rollercoaster of emotions for myself and family but we received constant attention and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail meant my husband had a memorable funeral. I have had many comments from family and friends who felt the funeral itself was so perfect for our loved man.  I have total confidence in the funeral director Sue and will always be grateful to her and Becky for their amazing support and professional care

Murrays made the whole process as pleasant as it is possible to be under the circumstances, and I am confident will continue to provide support over the coming weeks if required. Danny was professional, calm and unrushed at all times, the service and all arrangements were carried out impeccably by the team and we were kept informed and reassured at every stage.

The service, support and guidance we as a family received from Sue and her colleagues at Murrays on the death of our beloved Father was exemplary. Their compassion, commitment and eye for detail certainly went beyond 'that extra mile'. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their pure professionalism and courtesy puts them ahead of other leading funeral directors.

We were supported throughout the process at a very traumatic time and the details on the day of the funeral were over and above what we expected. Murray's are an exceptional family run Funeral directors, we cannot speak highly enough of them. They are extremely friendly its like talking to a member of my family and helpful, Nothing was too much trouble. Will use them again, but hopefully not for a while.
