The service I received from Murray's Funeral Director's has been exceptional. Highly professional and courteous as well as caring and thoughtful, offering sound advice and guidance at a difficult time. Entirely reliable, and going the extra mile. I was arranging a funeral at a distance, and Sue's local knowledge was superb, and she also communicated very well at each stage. On the day of the funeral myself and my family felt looked after and cared for every step of the way. Thank you Murrays, you brought your calm professionalism and caring support during a difficult time.

Would have been excellent but we felt the entry in the Burton Mail could have been 2 days earlier to give everyone a week's notice of the funeral.

Murray’s acted very professional from when I first contacted them until the day of the funeral. They dealt with me in a very sympathetic manner and nothing was too much for them. Surroundings at Finders we’re very nice and felt at ease. Only negative comment was dealing with numerous people rather than just one or two.

Overall I would give 5 stars

The service we have received as a family has been second to none from Tim who organised the details of the funeral to Barry and the team on the day.
We were kept up to date and informed every step of the way.
This is the 2nd time we have had to use their services in less than 18 months but would not hesitate to use them again even though we hope not for a long time.
Thank you for the care, courtesy and respect shown to us all at this sad time.

My Mum, brothers and I can’t praise all the team at Murrays enough for the wonderful service they provided at such a difficult time for us.

We mainly spoke with Sue and Danny and both were so kind and caring, explaining everything to us and guiding us through the process of organising my Fathers funeral.

Nothing was too much trouble, and every single contact was professional and extremely helpful. We felt that my Dad was in the very best care and knew he was being treated with the utmost respect.

There were well over 200 people at the funeral service and Murrays handled everything brilliantly, everything we asked for was carried out exactly as we’d wanted and we had so many people comment on how lovely the service was. My Dad would have been proud of the final send off we managed to give him and we could not have done it without the help and support of Murrays. 

We can’t recommend Murrays highly enough, true professionals and lovely people at the heart of it.
