The organisation, kindness and professionalism provided both after her death, on the day of my mother's funeral and afterwards, were in my eyes second to none. What, on the face of it could have been a time full of sadness and difficult to get through, actually turned out to be far from it. The assistance and guidance provided by Murrays Independent Funeral Directors made the whole process more bearable for myself and my family.

From day one all of the staff were caring considerate and friendly. Also very knowledgeable offering many different suggestions and options to make things go smoothly.

We spoke to several funeral directors and by far Murrays were the best. They were patient, understanding, professional and kind, guiding us through the process.

Following my fathers passing my brother also passed unexpectedly. Murrays acted quickly and hard to honor family's request of a joint funeral. We will always be grateful that this was made possible.

The joint funeral went better than we hoped with Murrays support; they added personal touches wherever possible and ensured we as a family felt supported and confident in arrangements.

There support has continued even after the funerals.

We are unable to express how much we appreciated Murrays kind and caring support and highly reccomend them to others.

The service we received was exceptional from day one, it was like having a friend hold your hand to guide you. Sue visited us at the family home and immediately made us feel reassured and explained everything in detail without bombarding us with information. The service itself was everything we hoped for, Angela and her staff were extremely professional during the service. I would thoroughly recommend using them at what is an extremely sad and worrying time.
