At such a sad and devastaing time, you need compassion and understanding when making these arrangements. Martin and Mandy were exceptional in every aspect. From caring and looking after my Sandy, our Sandy to looking after us the family. Making sure we got the funeral we wanted, the funeral Sandy would of wanted and it all going ahead as planned.on time and with out a hitch

Can't fault this provider. They have been so professional, but always empathetic and gone out of their way to help. Nothing has been too much trouble. They are absolutely the right kind of people to be involved in funeral service provision. I would highly recommend them.

For what had been the hardest time of my life, was really made so much at ease in respect of organising the funeral. Mandie especially, but mandie Martin and jess make you feel as comfortable as possible in such a horrible situation. Mandie helped with my nans funeral 13 years ago at a different company and then we moved to New forest funerals with her when my uncle passed as she also helped with his and has now helped with my mums. I would never take my service anywhere else. The service is outstanding and there really isn't anything more I could have asked for. Thank you to you all

It must be the worst thing in life to have to arrange a funeral of your husband.   However Mandie and Martin were so caring yet professional and made the worst of situations better.  Cannot praise them enough… superb…I would thoroughly recommend them as nothing was too much trouble .  A big thank you although words are not enough

From the moment I met with them , I felt so relaxed and at ease with the discussions for the occasion and service , they listened to what the family and myself wanted and what my wife had discussed when the time came of her passing .they simply listened to what we had to say and provided a service and occasion that matched our requirements , all organisation was for the funeral was administered by them lifting a great weight from my shoulders .
Anytime we wanted to visit my wife in the chapel of rest was never questioned and was available 7 days a week .
They are a fantastic credit to their Profession and I have no hesitation in recommending them to one and all and hold them in the highest regard for the quality and professionalism of the service that they provided .
