So grateful to Helen and the whole team for their care and compassion arranging my aunt’s funeral during the Covid19 restrictions. We were concerned that it wasn’t going to be a personal, loving service, saying goodbye to an important member of our family, but it turned out to be really beautiful and tasteful, and the Webcam broadcast meant that the family in Italy and Scotland were also able to view the service live. We have used this family run firm  within our family all my life.
Everything is always carried out in such a delicate, professional and prompt manner.
No finer detail is ever over looked, nothing is too much trouble and the personal touch is always very much apparent.
I class Neil, Helen and Judith not just as professionals within their industry but as friends.
I have no doubt at all my mum would be more than happy with the attention she was given at the end of her life and on her final journey.

George Brooke provided an excellent service. It was strange having to hold the service outside of the Crematorium due to Coronavirus but it was carried out in a very professional way. Very satisfied.

Like many thousands of others during the coronavirus lockdown, we had to arrange a funeral, my father's, under very difficult conditions. George Brooke acted with understanding, discretion and complete professionalism throughout. They consulted us on even the smallest detail and went above and beyond what could be expected of them to make the funeral as positive experience as it could be under the circumstances.

George Brooke handled my Dad's funeral very well many years ago, and were the obvious choice for my Mum's funeral. Estimated costs were set out clearly, in writing,and queries dealt with very promptly. Helen at Brookes couldn't have been more kind or helpful from beginning to end, and the burial - held during the Covid restrictions - was despite difficult circumstances handled with great sensitivity. Excellent all-round service at a very stressful time.

Very professional and caring  attitude from all that work there . Very impressed with how they handled all the funeral arrangements from start to finish . Under the present circumstances with the social distancing , they delivered the best dignified service that we were allowed. They did my mum proud and gave our family a stress free service. We felt in safe hands throughout.

Very professional, caring and helpful. This was the first time myself or my immediate family had, had to plan a funeral & we were also dealing with the shock as it was an unexpected passing. My extended family had used George Brooke’s before for two other funerals in our family so they came highly recommended to us. George Brooke’s guided us through the entire process, explained what would happen at every stage and was happy to answer any question we had. Our loss was at the very beginning of the lockdown so they also guided us through what the new rules were for funerals. I hope I won’t need their services again for a very long time, but I will be using them again when the time comes & would recommend to friends.
