Helen, Dee, Kevin, Paul and the rest of the team at George Brooke could not have been more helpful or supportive right from first conr=tact with them until well after the funeral. They checked on us, gave lots of time to talk, listened patiently and helped with useful advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I know it might seem funeral directors are expected to be kind and supportive at these difficult times, but I believe that as a small family firm they went the extra mile to make my Dad's funeral memorable. Outstanding service from first meeting Helen and still amazing service afterwards from all staff. Communication from start to finish was exceptional, helped to make a difficult time for our whole family go much easier. Everything was explained in detail has to how the funeral would take place and on the day everything went has planned to perfection. Sadly though, you would have to travel over to Cheshire to do that... You were amazing and no words can express how grateful we were for all your help and attention to detail and keeping us calm on the day.

Excellent service from start to finish. The attention to deal was impeccable and they handled all our requests with the up most dignity at this most upsetting time with the loss of my Mum.
