‘Billy’
On 20th April 2022, Billy fell asleep at his home in Dewsbury, aged 89 years, much loved and wonderful husband of Carole, loving dad of Mark, Wayne and Amanda, dear father in law of Michelle and Adrian, very proud to be a grandad to Aiden, Aaron, Kayleigh, Cherylene, Pebbles, Hunnie, Alesha, Kacie, Destiny, George, William, Alfie, Edward and Harrison.
A service of thanksgiving for Billy and his long life will be held at St Mary of the Angels RC Church, Batley on Friday 13th may 2022 at 2:15pm followed by interment in Batley Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations in memory of Billy may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of Yorkshire Cancer Research.

In loving memory of a great , kind , caring , loving man . A brilliant neighbour to me , who always made me laugh & smile & cheered me up . He will be missed by all of us . RIP billy , you was a very brave , courageous man & we will always miss you . You was always happy & smiling despite being in pain . We were so sorry to hear the news; Billy was such a lovely man and a true gentleman. We will hold dear our last family memory of him at Sarah's wedding. Grandma and Grandpa (Mary and Ken), Mum (Kay) and Auntie Anita and Uncle Reg loved him very much. Thinking of everyone and Carole, Mark, Wayne and Amanda. Mum and Dad will see you next week.
