In loving memory of Amanda Smith who sadly passed away on 10th April 2022.

No flowers by request, donations are welcome for Hayward House.

Private cars can join the funeral procession and follow funeral directors cars from
AW Lymn, 1 Church Street, Carlton Nottingham NG4 1BJ.
Leaving at 2.20 pm

No need to wear black, but please wear some purple if you can.

Please take a lateral flow test that morning, wear a mask while moving around the room and as collecting buffet food.
There is an outdoor space via double doors from the room and a bar next to the room (which is The Nelson Suite)
