My fondest memory of Uncle Pat was when he and Dad were together laughing and telling stories. They were a great double act and great fun.

Condolences to Margaret and all the family. Patrick was a great man and will always be in my mind. He supervised me for a number of years after qualification and was always supportive. A lovely man who will be missed by many.

My heartfelt condolences to Margaret and Patrick's family. Patrick was a much loved Turvey colleague, whose warmth, humour and vitality lit up the room. Attuned to the suffering of others, his compassion and humanity always shone
through. A sad loss for those who knew and loved him.

What a lovely man! I am so sorry to hear of his passing and send my sympathy to his family. I met him while training to be a group analyst at Turvey where he made us all feel so welcome. A special man in a special place.

In memory of a wonderful man

Patrick was a wonderful man, so warm, humorous, and knowledgable. He was my mentor for many years, and it was he who encouraged me to become a Group Analyst. I will never forget him, and will always be grateful for his insight and support. My condolences to his family and friends.

Patrick was a very special human being.

I have fond memories of Patrick. He always made me feel welcome whenever I visited Turvey to conduct seminars and his energetic efforts to ensure that all went smoothly have stayed with me as a model of friendship and hospitality.

The passing of someone who has been significant in one's life is always a moment to give one pause. Pat was my first line manager when I qualified as a social worker in 1980. He had just embarked on his training as a psychotherapist in group analysis, a path I was to follow him in a few years later, thanks to his support. His charm, wisdom and generosity of spirit infused all his personal and professional relationships, and I was certainly one of the beneficiaries. With grateful memories, and condolences to all his family and close friends.

Fondest memories of my dear brother Patrick. Chris and I will be forever grateful for his strength and support at the time of our son, Ian’s passing. He was a wonderful brother to me and he will never be forgotten. R.I.P. Patrick
