Dr Brian Smith passed away peacefully at home on Friday April 1st 2022, aged 93 years. Much loved by his wife Pat and all his family. Retired GP from the Stowmarket Practice and former Medical Officer of Health for Ipswich and Community Physician. A private cremation will take place. A service of thanksgiving will be held at St John's Parish Church, Needham Market on April 29th, 2022 at 3.00pm. Donations if desired for either 'Macular Society' or 'Guide Dogs for the Blind Association' may be sent care of Andrew Bingham Independent Funeral Service, The Nutshell, Milton Road South, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 1EZ.
