The service will take place in St Edmund's Chapel at West Suffolk Crematorium on 27th April 2022, at noon.

Dearest Sandy, Were it not for Addenbrookes, I would have been there. I cherish the many times since 1964 when we have laughed (and once wept) together. Perhaps best, I shall recall our last meeting when you rallied so valiantly, and we yarned for almost three hours..... Three hours of pure magic. God Bless old friend. We were young together and we grew old together. Hope to see you soon.....

We will always remember Sandy as a dignified gentleman who had a lovely twinkle in his eye. His hedge trimming skills were legendary
and his gifts of home grown tomatoes were always welcome. We will miss hearing him pottering about in his garden. Rest in Peace Sandy
