On 23rd March 2022, suddenly but peacefully, of Hightown, Liversedge, aged 75 years, Elaine, loving and much-loved wife of John, a very dear sister, sister-in-law and auntie.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Wednesday 20th April 2022 at 10.30am. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Elaine may be made online or placed in the collection box provided at the service for the benefit of the Salvation Army.
I have many happy memories to cherish, like when you would sit and brush my hair for hours, when you would put The Sound of Music on when I was camping on your sofa with tonsillitis (and without it when bunking off school), days at the water park and sunbathing on the roof, and playing barmaid making ‘Mary Mary’s’. I met Elaine and John many years ago when I first came to live in Lanzarote. Fabulous couple and Elaine will be missed by so many people.
