Sadly dad lost his very short battle with lung and liver cancer on the 1st of April after just 3 short weeks
As some of you may have been aware dad was also diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia just two years ago.
This is a relatively rare form of dementia which little is known about.
We would like family flowers only please, but if you would like to show your support we would appreciate any donations to either of these charity's below to help other families keep there loved ones for longer.
