Such a sad time. Mike and Debbie and Si and Sue, Sammie, Carl and Scott. My heart goes out to you and I send you my deepest condolences for your loss Memories of my Dearest Auntie Gina shall always be with me
Auntie Gina was there for me as a baby, and all through my life. Through ups and downs, good times and sad, especially when her sisters Vicky and Gwen were ill.
We shared so many happy memories together. In my childhood and with Mike and Si, and as an adult with our grandchildren and her great Grandchildren.
We visited many places, did so many things and had bundles of laughter especially when things went slightly not as planned!! We researched our family history together and visited the place where our great great great....grandfather had a carriage company in London. But I think our biggest adventure was when we, with Aunties friend Margaret and others, went to 10 Downing St, Department of Health and House of Commons with Sir David Amess. We handed in petitions in support of the Lady McAdden Breast Screening Unit and had a personnel guided tour and lunch in the Commons. What a day that was!!
My memories are only part of so many memories of so many wonderful things Auntie Gina did with her family and friends. She was full of love, compassion and a zest for life. Auntie Gina, your Mum, Grandmother and Great Grandmother has left us with so much to remember and talk about. She didn't like a fuss, but I hope she can look down and enjoy listening to us talk about the memories she left. I hope you find some solace in this.
I hope the donation helps St Lukes Hospice as did her years of voluntary work there.
Sending you all the biggest hug
Lesley Ann

Si, Mike and families, please accept our sincere condolences, thoughts and best wishes at this time. Your Mum was a dear friend to our Mum, especially when she was dying at St Luke's. I had to smile when you referenced your Mum's cooking skills - it brought back memories of coming back to your Mum's after a game for Vange Utd. I can still visualise the muddy knees! I ate my KitKat yesterday and raised a glass to your Mum. Just to let you know we have made a donation to St Luke's in your Mum's memory - we hope we've done it right! Pete, Si and all the Murphy family, and our Mum Margaret Snow.
