I remember the good times at school and when we used to play football, he was very good, I wasn't. Dave was what I call " a good guy, one of the best " always had time for a chat. Rest in peace.
Dave, thanks for all the laughs and chats about politics and Everton. You were worth paying admission money to drink with at the Kitchener all those years ago
Dave you were part of our lives, sharing important events and many happy times. We will never forget you.
Remembering the good times, you were always there with me for all our family occasions weddings, births , all kids and grandkids birthdays, and a great support to me when I lost my Mum. You stayed my friend through out. You will be missed by all our family. RIP xxx

Kelly, I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. I have so many memories of him. From him telling us off as teens, to him and his mates drinking in the Eagle and just seeing him round and about. Lots of love to you & all your family. Jo

Lots of childhood memories of you Dave, especially the epic jubilee race around Bennetts Close. Thanks for teaching me that special back heel. I still impress footballers with that now. Thinking of your family. So glad I bumped into you in 2007
